Comfort Center Furniture and Mattresses - Traverse City, MI

As a former marketing person, I’m usually not impressed with anyone’s customer service, but the folks at Comfort Center have knocked my socks off! After learning that the furniture that should have been available in time for our party would have to be ordered, Bill offered to let us borrow a set for free while we waited for ours to come in. Incredible!! I’m telling everyone I know, and I’m never shopping anywhere else for furniture ever again! Thanks, Bill!

A few weeks ago, we visited your store on Garfield in Traverse City. We were impressed with the selection of brands carried by your store. There were so many choices, it took us several visits to narrow down our selection. We decided on two chairs and a sofa and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase! You answered all our questions about product information and you were very helpful with suggestions and ideas. The furniture arrived in the store on the date that you said it would, and the delivery guys brought it to our house on the date promised.

The furniture quality is excellent and you and your entire staff are the best in TC!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the excellent service that we have received. Two years ago mom bought a swivel recliner from you. She loves it!! Then a spring broke, it was a “recline assist” spring from underneath. I stopped in the store and Steve said he would work on it. I got a call a couple days later and your team wanted to meet me at mom’s to look at the chair. It was so great to have them there, they were polite, friendly and courteous. We decided not to replace the spring, but, they cleaned and sprayed the mechanism. It’s working better than ever. At 92 years old, her chair is her life.

We have always bought our furniture from you and will continue to do so! Keep up the great work!

Thank you for your caring service. You made our choices very clear and went through everything carefully. It is so good that fall 2016 clients were very happy with their sale at the US31 South store.
